Donna Mancini

Owner / Interior Designer

As far back as she can remember, Donna was drawn to decorating and design and was passionate about finding ways to improve on spaces, whatever or wherever they were, so that those spaces could provide joy, comfort, beauty and functionality.

Donna has over 30 years of combined experience in business, real estate, interior design, and retail/sales management. She thrives in a fast-paced environment that allows her to share her strengths . . . adaptability, integrity, creativity and friendliness, and values her client, employee and contractor relationships tremendously. Donna received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and studied Interior Design at Fairfield University.

When Donna and her family moved to beautiful St. Augustine 16 years ago, she knew that it offered the perfect opportunity to build a business doing what she loves! She is married to Michael and has 2 sons; Dan and Mike, his wife Katie, and grandson, Jack. When Donna isn’t working she enjoys working out, reading, music, movies, the beach, and spending time with her family and friends.

Mike Mancini

Partner / Chief Operating Officer

Following corporate roles for 30+ years, Mike has joined his partner to aid in the development of her vision of “Creating a Lasting Impression”. Mike’s past roles have given him significant experience in supply chain and operational management, finance, business development and customer service. Mike’s goal is about promoting better community and customer experiences in our local market.

Mike enjoys the opportunity to work with clients, trade partners, and contractors to create value, deliver outstanding results, and exceed expectations.

Other than work, Mike is passionate about his family, friends, sports and gym time.

Jessica Hoey

Interior Designer

Jessica was first introduced to Donna Mancini Interiors and Flooring at an event hosted at the showroom before moving down from New Jersey to this area. She fell in love with the atmosphere and people associated with the showroom. 

Fast forward to today and Jessica has enjoyed over 3 years of working at DMI bringing with her the wealth of knowledge gleaned from previous positions that offered her the opportunity to explore in depth the many sides of interior design including furniture, construction, tile and plumbing. She has an eye for detail and loves to develop creative solutions to solve design challenges brought to her while building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the process with both clients and vendors. Jessica graduated from High Point University with a bachelor’s of science degree in Interior Design.

During her free time, Jessica loves to spend time with her friends and family (dogs included!) on the beach, sailing, traveling and any activities to get her moving or creating.

Rebecca Alford

Cabinetry Designer

When Rebecca joined the DMI team, she brought along over 19 years of cabinetry experience. She received her degree in Furnishings and Interiors from the University of Georgia.

Her past roles have allowed her to not only design the perfect space alongside her clients, but to act as project manager with responsibility for installation and behind the scenes supervision. Working on a project from concept to completion has helped her to understand the importance that all details play in a successful outcome. She believes that open communication is key to creating a great client relationship that results in a smooth, positive experience.

Rebecca, her husband, and their two children relocated to Florida from Atlanta 4 years ago. They immediately felt like Ponte Vedra was home and have enjoyed getting involved in the many activities that the area offers. You’ll find the family enjoying the outdoors and the beach as often as possible.

Kendall Quinlan

Social Media/Marketing Assistant

After working in social media marketing on a part-time basis for DMI&F, Kendall decided to join the team full-time after graduating college. She graduated from Florida State University with her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Business Analytics. Equipped with a solid foundation in marketing principles and analytical skills, Kendall brings a fresh perspective to our team. One of her favorite aspects of social media marketing is being able to connect with our valued clients.

When Kendall isn’t working, she enjoys working out, boating, going to the beach, as well as spending time with family and friends.

Susan Hagaman

Communications Manager

Susan’s amiable nature led her to a 23 year career in the cable television advertising industry and thereafter; she spent some time working for a local independent television station in Jacksonville, FL. Susan switched careers and went to work for a fully managed virtual events company while her children were in school. 

This experience lead Susan to DMI where for over 6 years she has enjoyed working with retail customers and overseeing behind-the-scenes projects. She and her husband, Perry, enjoy time with their son, Andrew and his wife, Adrianna, and grandson, Conrad and their daughter, Jessica, and her husband Dalton.
