Designer Trade Program Sign Up! — Donna Mancini Interiors & Flooring

To qualify for the Designer Discount and Trade Program, you must be a registered business and fully operational interior design firm. Design Trade discounts offered are not based on a minimum purchase. Donna Mancini Interiors and Flooring (DMI) appreciates the work the designers do and strives to become an effective provider to support you.

As a trade partner with DMI, you will receive special pricing on retail store items and custom orders (excludes cabinetry and flooring). Flooring discounts are determined through mutually acceptable transactional agreement.

I, the undersigned below, understand the following stipulations: 1. Only myself, the authorized user, herein known as AU, is eligible for the To The Trade Discount. 2. I, as the AU, must be present at all client transactions including selections and purchases. The staff at Donna Mancini Interiors & Flooring is not to be utilized for design, selection, space planning, etc. but are here to provide product support and knowledge. 3. My client can pay with their credit card and can receive my discount if I so choose and will be responsible for sales tax. 4. I am responsible for checking all details of the order for accuracy and will be required to sign off. Any mistakes made by me will be corrected, if possible, at my sole expense. 5. Discounts are subject to change or cancellation at any time, for any reason as determined by Donna Mancini Interiors & Flooring.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
DMI does not accept the return of any merchandise. Once a product has left the store, we cannot accept any returns.

Special Orders: All Special Orders are required to be paid in full prior to ordering and are non-refundable.

You may have items shipped to and received at our warehouse. Warehouse fees may apply.

With prior approval, you will also have access to our conference room and design studio where you may meet with your clients in a private meeting room during store hours. Please call in advance to reserve the conference room.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note: The trade discount is not valid with any other offer, purchase of gift certificates, shipping and processing fees, taxes, in-store sale items, installations, labor or for any products or services excluded by the Trade Discount Program Terms & Conditions. DMI reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the trade discount at our sole discretion without prior notice to members.

Misuse of membership may result in membership termination. Misuse includes, without limitation: any resale of merchandise purchased using the trade discount through any retail outlet (e.g., resale on or through any retail or auction website or store), reimbursement of trade discount upon merchandise return, transfer of membership, allowing others to use the trade discount (e.g., sharing the discount certificate with a friend, family member or client), and submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with a membership application.

These Terms & Conditions set forth the terms and conditions for membership in the DMI Designer Discount and Trade Discount Program. DMI may change the Program or these Terms & Conditions from time to time, and any such changes will be posted here and will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page.

Your continued use of the trade discount constitutes your agreement to the changed Terms & Conditions. DMI reserves the right to terminate a membership at its discretion, with or without notice to the member.
