Donna brings more than 30 years of experience spanning business, real estate, interior design, and retail sales management. She thrives in fast-paced environments and is known for her adaptability, integrity, attention to detail, and genuine warmth. Donna places great value on the relationships she builds with clients, employees, and contractors, believing collaboration is the foundation of every successful project.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and pursued Interior Design studies at Fairfield University, a combination that allows her to balance creative vision with strong business acumen.
After relocating to beautiful St. Augustine with her family 19 years ago, Donna recognized the perfect opportunity to build a business centered on her passion for design and service. She is married to Michael and is the proud mother of two sons, Dan and Mike, daughter-in-law Katie, and grandmother (Gigi) to Jack and Luke. Outside of work, Donna enjoys staying active, reading, music, movies, time at the beach, and making memories with family and friends.
After more than 30 years in corporate leadership roles, Mike joined his partner to help bring Donna’s vision of “Creating a Lasting Impression” to life. His professional background includes extensive experience in supply chain and operations management, finance, business development, and customer service—skills that provide a strong operational foundation for the business.
Mike is driven by a commitment to fostering meaningful community connections and delivering exceptional customer experiences within the local market. He enjoys collaborating with clients, trade partners, and contractors to create value, achieve outstanding results, and consistently exceed expectations.
Outside of work, Mike values time with family and friends and enjoys staying active through sports and gym workouts.
