We purchased a beautiful tufted bed from Donna Mancini Interiors and stored it for a few days before assembling it. We discovered (unfortunately) that the manufacturer had placed queen sized cross rails into a king sized bed box. It was Saturday and they were closed.

We left her a message and Donna replied to my wife within a short period of time. Donna texted us on Sunday and agreed to meet that day and swap the parts for the correct ones that they had in a similar bed in the showroom.

She was super friendly, more than apologetic for the issue (which wasn’t her fault), and helped us on a day that they were clearly closed.

What type of cabinetry does DMI carry?

DMI is a proud dealer for both Wellborn and Bertch cabinetry. Both lines are crafted in the USA with the utmost quality and care. They’re both committed to sustainability, and built to inspire with hundreds of species, styles, and finishes.

Do you provide cabinetry design?

DMI provides turn-key services for cabinetry. Services include conceptual design, full design layout, measurement, delivery and installation.

What kind of flooring does DMI carry?

We carry a variety of name brand flooring in hardwood, tile, vinyl plank, and laminate.

Do I have to move all of my furniture for new flooring installation?

All electronic equipment (e.g., TV, cable box, smart home systems) must be disconnected, washer hoses must be disconnected, breakables and smaller objects/furniture must be removed from the room. Your DMI contact will provide you with more specific guidance with your project.

What should I budget for a kitchen or bathroom renovation?

According to the Appraisal Institute, a good guide in setting a kitchen or bathroom renovation budget is to budget 15% of the overall value of your home for a kitchen remodel and budget 10% of the overall value of your home for a bathroom remodel. Those figures can certainly vary and DMI can provide an initial budget once the scope, selections, and design are established.

Should I temporarily make living arrangements elsewhere if I want to gut my kitchen or bathroom and put in brand new cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and plumbing fixtures?

We advise our customers that it is best to find alternative living arrangements while the kitchen is being renovated. Otherwise, you will have to use a grill or microwave to cook your meals, find an alternative sink and water source, and the noise and dust can be overwhelming. Vacating for a master bathroom remodel may also be recommended but we understand that most homeowners have access to additional bathrooms during the process.

Can I buy your flooring and cabinetry materials on a cash and carry basis?

Yes, any materials in our Showroom can be purchased on a cash and carry basis.

What if I can’t find furniture, lighting, accessories, or wall art in the Showroom?

We have a comprehensive selection of vendor catalogs that you can view to find the perfect item to special order. Special orders are paid in full before ordering and are non-refundable.
