Begins with a $250-2 hour consultation that covers your entire home curb to closets. At the end of the consultation you will have a detailed list of suggested improvements that will allow your home to be showcased at its best while appealing to the greatest number of buyers. You can then hire DMI&F to take care of as much or as little of the suggested improvements as you’d like. And we are happy to refer contractors for any work that is needed.
